Important information for your arrival and stay.

"When will I receive the check-in instructions?"

You will receive the access instructions and door code on the day of arrival before check-in time. Please make sure your Booking/Airbnb messages or email are accessible when you travel.

"Will I receive the exact apartment address?"
Yes. The full address and entry instructions are sent with the arrival message. Please do not go to the building before receiving the instructions.

"Can extra people visit or stay overnight?"
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Additional guests must be approved in advance according to the reservation details.

"Can I check in earlier or leave luggage?"
Early check-in and luggage storage usually cannot be guaranteed because the apartment must be cleaned after the previous guests. Vienna train stations offer paid luggage lockers if you arrive early.

"What is included in the apartment?"
Each apartment includes Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment and basic household items. The Wi-Fi name and password are provided inside the apartment.
